Rate
Starting at $190 per week, per trailer, plus applicable state taxes.
Security deposit
Starting at $750, refundable — returned after the rental ends, minus any damage, cleaning, or outstanding fees.
Minimum rental period
3 months minimum, with no maximum — keep the trailer as long as you need it.
Payment terms
Billed weekly.
Returns
Give us 15 days' notice before you return a trailer. It must come back DOT inspected and in the same condition. Late returns and damage may incur charges.
Use
Trailers are for lawful freight use only. No subletting.

Insurance Requirements

Renters must carry their own coverage and provide a certificate of insurance (COI) before pickup. Your policy must include:

  • $1,000,000 liability
  • Physical damage OR trailer interchange coverage up to the full value of the trailer
  • Add Freightline Capital LLC dba Preferred Trailer Rental as additional insured on the policy

How to send your COI

  1. 1Ask your insurance agent for a certificate of insurance (COI).
  2. 2Have your agent add us as additional insured on the policy.
  3. 3Email your completed COI to Luana@preferredtrailerrental.com.
